Newman Windows & Doors offers professional, expert services in a few different areas.
Window & Door Service
If Newman Windows & Doors installed it- we will service it. We stand behind our installations for the lifetime of your product. Within the first year after installation, your service needs will be free. After one year, a very fair labor fee with be charged. The products each carry a manufacturer warranty that we follow. If the service needed is due to installation error or fabrication error, you will not be charged. This is for the lifetime of the product.
Wholesale Distribution
Newman Windows & Doors sells product only to the public. If you are interested in installing your own windows, if you are a contractor looking for wholesale pricing or a start up company without the ability to purchase directly from the manufacture, we are the place for you. We have experts waiting to give you a quote in person, read blueprints or help with product information. We pass along our dealer discounts directly to you! Need supplies/material for installation? We offer everything from caulking, screws, and lumber to paper towels and cleaning supplies.

Sales
Our sales reps double as design experts. They will help you decide which impact products are best for you and your investment. Zero pressure here.
Contract
When you are ready to move forward, call us and we will personally deliver your contract and supporting documents to your home for easy signing. If you prefer a more digital, contactless route, we can make it happen as well.
Final Measure
Once your contract is signed and deposit is made, our project management specialist will take final measurements of your home. From these measurements, your project is fully laid out and product is able to be ordered.
Installation
Our factory trained installers deliver your product on the day of your scheduled installation. Your progress payment is due at this time. Our install crews will begin with covering and protecting the surroundings of each opening. Installation will now commence- using only the best materials, that exceed code and expectations. 10% of your final payment can be withheld until final service is completed.
Final inspection
We permit all of our installations for you. At the end of the install, we will mail you pictures of your installation required by the building department of your municipality for final inspection. An inspector will come to your project and ensure our installation meets code. Once inspection is passed, your release of lien will be granted.
Final SERVICE
You have now passed inspection! Our service team will now perform a final service. During this process we will remove product stickers, install screw covers and ensure all outstanding service items are properly addressed.
Completion
